We aim to respond to all emails within 2 working days.
Complaints Procedure
We take all complaints seriously. If you have a complaint about the Platform, course content, or our service:
- Submit your complaint by email to complaints@pharmacys.org, including your name, contact details, a description of the issue and any supporting information.
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
- We will investigate and respond fully within 20 working days. If we need longer, we will let you know.
- If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the appropriate regulatory body depending on the nature of your complaint.

If your complaint relates to how we handle your personal data, you have the right to complain directly to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
